About
Winston L. Page, Jr. practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation. Prior to entering private practice in 1989, he was a Deputy Commissioner for the North Carolina Industrial Commission for eight years. In that capacity he heard and decided workers' compensation claims throughout the State of North Carolina. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Page is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 1975. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the years 1995-2021 and included on the North Carolina Super Lawyers list for the years 2008-2021.
Mr. Page is a past member of the Section Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section, is a member of DRI and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. He previously has served as the liaison for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys to the Advisory Counsel to the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
