About

Neil is an associate with Lewis & Roberts. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a double major in English (focus in Professional Writing) and Philosophy.

Shortly after completing his undergraduate studies, Neil attended law school at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Over the years, Neil has worked extensively on cases involving public and private contamination matters, regulatory enforcement, environmental impact evaluations, and property disputes. He has been actively involved in the Camp Lejeune litigation, representing clients and following the leadership committees as the case progresses. He also has general experience in torts and contract litigation. Neil is admitted to practice in North Carolina and the Eastern District of Federal Court.

Neil is a Raleigh native. Outside of practice, Neil enjoys playing soccer, golf, and spending time with his dog, Rufus.
