About
Brian D. Lake practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. He has primarily represented employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases for over twenty years. His practice includes all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. Mr. Lake received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute, upon graduation he was commissioned and served four and a half years in the United States Marine Corps as an officer. Mr. Lake received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. Lake is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section, the Wake County Bar and was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 1987.
