Brittany Harry specializes in workers’ compensation law, representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all stages of litigation before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
Brittany obtained her undergraduate degree from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, and graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
During her time in law school, Brittany served as a Certified Legal Intern in the NCCU Family Law and Juvenile Clinic, was President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and participated in the North Carolina Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, Community Outreach section. She currently serves on the board of the Legal Link Committee as co-chair.
Brittany clerked for Lewis and Roberts in the summer of 2022 and joined the firm after graduating from law school. She was recently admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
Prior to joining Lewis and Roberts, Brittany gained valuable experience as a workers’ compensation paralegal, working on cases from inception to resolution for both plaintiffs and employers. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, exploring the Triangle, volunteering, and mentoring youth. Brittany is dedicated to ensuring that claims are handled equitably and advocating for the best interest of the client.
