About
Mallory E. Lidaka practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Since 2010, Ms. Lidaka has represented and obtained favorable results for clients at mediations and in litigation before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Ms. Lidaka received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo and her law degree, cum laude, from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. She was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 2010.
Ms. Lidaka currently serves on the NCBA Workers’ Compensation Section Council as Pro-Bono Co-Chair. She is also currently a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, and Wake Women Attorneys. She served as Chair of the Women in the Profession Committee for the North Carolina Bar Association from 2018 through 2020 and has further served as the 2015 President of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys as well as the 2012 and 2013 President of Wake Women Attorneys
